Weather conditions, such as sunshine or rain, can affect the sensory
characteristics of the fruit – like colour, acidity and sweetness (brix), so fruit can vary in taste and appearance from season to season.
After disinfecting, washing and sorting the fruit, we process it into juice or puree which is immediately pasteurized and packed frozen or aseptic. We can also further process the juice or puree for you into fruit juice concentrate or fruit puree concentrate and then pack it frozen or aseptic.
